OUR GOLD COAST BUILDING SERVICES
Planning a Home Build or Renovation
Upgrade and Enhance your existing home with our expert home renovations, whether it's structural remodelling and layout changes, new doors or windows, new bathrooms and kitchen, or our speciality: full home renovations.
When you love where you live but need more space, a home extension or addition can be an ideal solution. It's important to factor in connecting the old roofing with the new, and aesthetically, how to make the new space feel connected and appreciative of the old.
Maximise your outdoor space with our beautifully built decks, pergolas, and alfresco areas. Our builds will not only look stunning but also be ready for the weather we know can cause issues in the coastal regions of the Gold Coast.
Upgrading your outdoor space is one of the best ways to enhance your home’s functionality and value. Whether you want a relaxing retreat or an entertainment hub, a well-designed patio, courtyard or outdoor entertaining space creates the perfect space to enjoy Gold Coast's stunning climate.
Extend the home with a well-crafted granny flat or additional living area. Our expertise ensures that every additional dwelling meets all regulatory requirements and is a valuable investment for you and your family.
Whether you need extra accommodation for family, a private home office, or a rental investment, Joost Construction specialises in high-quality, custom-built secondary dwellings across the Gold Coast.
A new kitchen or kitchen renovation can add significant value to your home and enhance the enjoyment of living in it! We love to cook, and we bring that love to each kitchen we remodel.
We are proud to have created some of the most gorgeous bathroom renovations across the Gold Coast. We carefully remove the old, prepare the space for our trusted trades, install the new and finish to perfection.
We provide high-quality commercial construction solutions for businesses across the Gold Coast. Our project scheduling and quality assurance ensure that your commercial space is designed and built to meet your specific business needs.
